By downloading, accessing, or using the Primed mobile application (the “App”) or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service Primed is a productivity application designed to help users reduce distractions by temporarily restricting access to selected apps until they complete self-defined routines. Primed uses Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls APIs to enable app blocking and restoration functionality on your device. Primed is intended for personal use only.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use Primed. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. - Changes become effective upon posting - Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions Primed may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscription Options - Monthly subscription (auto-renewing) - Annual subscription (auto-renewing) Billing - Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store - Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period - Free trials (if offered) will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends Refunds - All billing and refunds are handled by Apple - We do not have access to your payment information You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Use of the Service You agree to use Primed only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: - Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App - Circumvent app-blocking functionality in a way that disrupts the Service - Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair functionality We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

7. Availability & Service Limitations We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be: - Uninterrupted - Error-free - Fully compatible with all devices Primed relies on Apple system frameworks (such as Screen Time APIs), and functionality may be affected by: - iOS updates - Device settings - System-level restrictions We are not responsible for disruptions caused by these external dependencies.

8. App Blocking Disclaimer (Important) Primed is designed to help reduce distractions, but: - We do not guarantee that all apps will always be successfully blocked - Users may still find ways to bypass restrictions depending on device settings or system limitations - Primed should be viewed as a support tool, not an enforcement mechanism - Primed is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from missed tasks, distractions, or productivity decisions You are ultimately responsible for how you use your device.

9. Intellectual Property All content, design, branding, and functionality within Primed are owned by us or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not: - Copy, distribute, or modify the App - Use our branding without permission

10. User Feedback If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas: - You confirm you have the right to share them - You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use them to improve the Service We are not obligated to compensate you for feedback.

11. Third-Party Services Primed may rely on third-party services, including: - Apple (App Store, Screen Time APIs, iCloud, payments) - Analytics or crash reporting tools We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or practices of third-party services.

12. Security We take reasonable steps to protect the Service, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties Primed is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding: - Reliability - Availability - Effectiveness in improving habits or productivity

14. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primed and its operators shall not be liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of data, productivity, or time - Service interruptions or failures - Issues arising from device settings or operating system behavior Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

15. No Professional Advice Primed is a productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. Any routines or habits you create are your own responsibility.

16. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App.

17. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
